I'm Luiggi Raggio, a psychologist and data scientist. My work sits between two worlds that usually do not talk enough: the science of measurement and the decisions organizations make about people.
I started in research and teaching, working with psychometrics and statistics. Over time I moved from research to applied data science, and from general analytics to people decisions in organizations. Most of my work is now with corporate clients in recruitment and selection.
That is where I found my place: applying scientific rigor to people decisions, without losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
